The Company arranges training activities for employees based on different job functions and personnel categories.
The training framework primarily consists of the following categories:
1. Foundational Training
Training focuses on workplace orientation for new employees, corporate policies, internal control systems, and organizational culture–related briefings.
2. Professional Training
Training related to professional skills, operational processes, and cross‑departmental collaboration is arranged based on the needs of different job functions.
3. Management‑Related Training
Management‑related training is arranged for first‑line and middle‑level managers as needed, covering performance management, risk awareness, team management, and decision‑making matters.
4. Leadership Development Training
Training related to strategy, sustainability management, leadership succession, and organizational management is arranged in response to organizational operational needs.
