Our company regularly conducts workplace safety awareness programs and performs routine inspections and maintenance of building facilities. The following measures are implemented to ensure workplace safety:

1. Daily 6S Inspections:
   We conduct 6S checks each workday to ensure factory operations meet standards of organization, cleanliness, and safety. This helps maintain a safe and healthy working environment for all employees. In 2024, no major workplace safety incidents occurred.

2. Monthly Safety Training for New Employees:
   The company provides monthly occupational safety training for all new employees. A total of 28 employees completed new-hire safety training in 2024.

3. Regular Fire Safety Inspections and Drills:
   We conduct periodic fire safety inspections and fire emergency drills to ensure employees are familiar with proper response procedures in the event of a fire and to practice fire-fighting simulations. In 2024, two fire safety and emergency drills were held, with a total of 69 participant attendances.
