Intellectual Property Management Plan

Intellectual Property Management Plan

To ensure that the company’s research and development outcomes, technologies, and creative works are properly protected, and to avoid infringing upon others' intellectual property rights, HYE has established an intellectual property management plan. This plan aims to reduce operational risks, enhance competitiveness, and implement sustainable operations.

.Patent Management

1. Achieve the protection of research and development outcomes by applying for and obtaining patents.

2. Continuously collect and analyze patent information, regularly monitoring the patent application trends in relevant industries.

3. Regularly organize intellectual property-related training, using courses, seminars, and promotional activities to raise employees' awareness and importance of intellectual property protection.

4. Establish a patent maintenance mechanism, regularly review the validity period of patents and perform renewal procedures to ensure the continued effectiveness of patent assets.

5. Establish a reward system to encourage employees to engage in research, development, and innovation related to their duties.

.Trademark Management

1. All company trademarks have been reviewed and approved by the competent authority, and trademarks for both the parent company and subsidiaries have been registered both domestically and internationally.

2. Through regular maintenance and audits, assess the necessity of trademark renewals and ensure the continued validity of trademark rights.

.Trade Secret Management

1. Implement a facial recognition access control system to accurately manage personnel entry. Access levels are set based on departmental responsibilities and business needs, ensuring that only authorized personnel can enter relevant areas to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive data and important R&D outcomes.

2. In the shared file system, access permissions are set based on departmental responsibilities and business needs, ensuring that data can only be accessed and operated by authorized personnel.

3. Upon hiring employees and engaging with partner vendors, the company requires the signing of employment contracts and non-disclosure agreements, clearly defining confidentiality responsibilities and rights.

4. Continuously organize regular awareness campaigns to communicate relevant policies and management regulations to employees.

5. Require suppliers to sign integrity commitment letters to ensure that cooperation processes comply with ethical and legal standards, maintaining transparency and trust in transactions.
